Based on said enhancement, the customer replaced and updated the systems integrations layer of their architecture (BizTalk). The Marsden Group (TMG) was able to successfully develop, design, integrate and deliver the information exchange between nine software applications, leveraging BizTalk as the middleware sending and receiving messages between systems.
Outdated Biztalk solution needing updating to allow solution to operate effectively.
The client tasked TMG in upgrading their unsupported legacy middleware (BizTalk 2006) to the in-support BizTalk 2013 for 10 key interfaces that were crucial to functionality of the business. TMG also leveraged their extensive cloud knowledge by building an Azrure SharePoint portal that assists the customer’s support team. Each integrated interface, with up to second Error Handling is displayed in a user friendly way to easily identify both potential and business issues/concerns needing addressed. TMG was able to deliver this project within the scope requirements on time and on budget!
B2B Finance Integration System
Accounts Payable manual process costs to high and process failures effecting business efficiencies.
In order to reduce Account Payable costs, the customer with the guidance and support of TMG, are moving their Suppliers into an EDI Invoicing & process model. The intent is to reduce or completely remove human involvement within the invoicing process by allowing the supplier to submit invoices electronically, in turn sending the invoice to the customer’s ERP with little to no human intervention. TMG are currently working successfully with the multiple vendors involved on this project to achieve the customer’s goal.
ERP Cloud Upgrade
Needing to upgrade ERP from local instances to a cloud based architecture.
The customer was in need of enhancing its current ERP architecture from a multi-instance (nine) to a single cloud based architecture. Through its extensive cloud experience, TMG will successfully consolidate the client’s local instances into one cloud based structure. In addition to this, TMG will upgrade the client’s EDI architecture as well as redesigned and updated the client’s portals on time, and on budget.
